Inspect calls and media quality
Read the available call evidence without treating partial metrics as an end-to-end quality guarantee.
01Open Call explorer
Inspect the call duration, answered duration and available estimated MOS. The summary uses the lowest available FreeSWITCH receive-side MOS across linked legs. Missing media or invalid metrics display N/A; partial coverage is identified.
02Inspect the execution report
Inspect shows timestamped executed applications, context transitions, call events, routing and policy variables, and hangup results. Individual application return values are unavailable in these CDRs. PBX AGI logs are outside this report.
03Export the evidence
The JSON download includes redacted quality and execution data plus signaling summaries. Raw signaling capture is separately controlled. Receive-side MOS is not a transmitted score or an end-to-end listening measurement.
